Stat Master Mike has retired

The Chain Gang salutes Mike Adair for his many years of service and enthusiasm to record and award our cycle season statistics.

Mike has decided to step down from this role. And at this time, we are realizing most folks now have other resources for tracking their own cycling miles.

Beginning in 2022, leaders will continue to get each participant to sign one release form/emergency contact sheet for the season to give us a record of all participants. But leaders will no longer need to report ride mileage and attendance.

To celebrate the end of his Stat Master career, Mike compiled an amazing spreadsheet of Chain Gang Lifetime Stats covering 22 years from 2000 to 2021. During this time, 389 individuals cycled a total of 235,739 miles with the Chain Gang. Check out the list at the end of this webpage.
